POSTAGE
We don’t offer any refunds on postage costs.. Mini Boss will send out the items to the exact address you place in when placing an order and will not be held accountable for wrong address put down by the customer so please make sure you check your details are correct before submitting order
Once your order is placed Mini Boss can not alter, refund or exchange this order whilst processing so please be sure to choose carefully
INSTORE RETURNS...
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase from Mini BOSS in store
please return it to us within 7 days of receipt for an exchange or store credit for the amount equal as to what you paid. Your receipt will be required
It is important that all items including packaging, tags and ticketing along with the goods come back to us in original condition..if this isn't the case we may refuse to offer exchange or store credit. Proof of purchase will be required for all exchange and store credits.

ONLINE RETURNS....
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase from Mini BOSS, please return it to us within 14 days from the date of delivery for an exchange or store credit for the amount equal to what you paid .. email us at minibosshq@gmail.com for a return address though please note items returned will be inspected and store credit / exchange may be refused if items are not in the original condition

For all online orders postage charges for the returning of goods will be paid for by the customer. Proof of purchase will be required for all returns wether it be for exchange or store credit.
Postage is not refundable in any circumstance...
FAULTY ITEMS
In the case that your items are faulty please contact us within 7 days of receiving the parcel with photo evidence so that we can sort out a store credit for the amount you paid to be credited to you .. It is important to contact us within the 7 days as outside that period we can not offer a store credit
Clearance Items....
The purchase of clearance items is final, we do NOT offer exchange or store credit on our clearance items...THIS INCLUDES ITEMS ON SALE
